It is more like letting others, many others, know what you have found.
Seeing as there is importance in knowing the amount of Chrome as well as Chrome/Iron ratio in the Mineralized ROCK Core Samples) and each of these has particular importance to the ultimate value of the Chromite Ore, it would be very advantagious for both Noront Resources to know, as well as potential Buyers, exactly what the composition of the Chromite Ore is well in advance of the ALL EXPECTED Buy-In, Buy-Out, Take Over event(s) many are speculating is soon to occur.
Perhapse it is a stated requirement by the Buy-In, Buy-Out, or Take Over Interested Parties that due to the rather pecular nature of the Chrome Industry and the Chromite Compound they each want to know specifically what exactly it is they are looking to go after? They each will want to know what they can expect to pay for yielding the maximum value to themselves should they each win the Treasure.
Having other Labs do assay work on the Chromite Samples would likely mean using other means of arriving at Assay results, which in turn will allow each interested party to have Data that is most meaningful to them and their Processing Capabiliies.
This may be a stretch on my part, but for now I can sit back and allow this Delaying Processto run it's course, if it means I/We, the NOT Share Holders, will eventually receive my/our just Reward.
Otherwise, the Delay(ssss) in releasing the Assay Results is but a ploy while the BoD wait for the overall markets to take the eventual Turn for the Better, as well as getting the many other "needing resolution" matters pressing on them for so long finally in order. And I am sure many Mining Major Interests would prefer seeing a turn around in their Businesses as well before looking to commit massive amounts of "hard to come by" cash on even the Best of the Best new Investments.
Note that once they, the Majors, commit to a massively big new venture they have to assign the proper cash resources to the venture so as to see it through.
