You are very correct on the notion of working to prove up the True and Real Value of what is contained in the RoF.

Some seem to think that the entire RoF area will be sold to a single Entity. And too many are expressing the GREED Phenomena while at the same time also stating they are Long to Very Long on their Investment in area Explorers such as Noront Resources. Seems some of these Individuals are sincerely inconsistent (confused) but I take most to be attempting to make comparison with respect to the current Extremely Low SP and the Real True Value for these Companies, NOT included. With this you should note the persistent reference to Trading Behaviour and clear mention of SP Manipulation.

It is primarily the FEAR of seeing someone, be it a Major(s) or Short Term profit driven Hedge Fund type(s), gaining Control and consequently acting in a strictly self-serving manner to the ultimate detriment of the Vast Majority of Investors (I am thinking primarily of Retail Investing Share Holders here) in Noront and many other RoF area Companies. This FEAR is driven primarily be many Individuals past experience and knowledge with respect to the Behaviour of Industry Players and Hedge Fund types, present and past.

It is to be sure some are working on behalf of one or more of these Industry Players and Hedge Funds, if not only looking to mimic such Behavoiur (the Chase the Big Money types) seeking unfair personal gain in the shortest time frame possible.

Current Behaviour of Some of the Principals in the RoF (NOT to name any now) is reminiscent of very distinct ambiguous intentions. And it is this ambiguity that is creating so much concern and for some resulting in noticable anxiety.

Knowledge of past practices and behaviour of these principals is at the ROOT of the concern(s).

To conclude, this RoF is not a "Fixer Uper" and should not be compared to any such thing.

The RoF is a NEW GRAND MANSION in the initial Construction Phase. The Trenching for the Foundation Footings are just now underway while the LUCKY Entrepreneur(s), having obtained this previously unrealized Most Treasured Porperty(s), scramble to create the Architectural Plans needed so as to attract the Funds needed to move on to the actual Construction Phase.

Thus, it needs to be clearly stated by the Entrepreneurs that they can and will Plan for, and Actively work towards seeing this NEW GRAND MANSION CONSTRUCTED and for the Benifit of all their Pertners in providing the Initial SEED Funding.

CLEAR and FULL Entreprenurial statement of VISION is required ALREADY!

And to spell it out very clearly: The Current Share Holders of each and EVERY RoF Exploration Company are Partners of the Entrepreneurs tasked with the RESPONSIBILITY to see this Project through to successful completion. This included first and foremost Noront Resources!
