Those of us who got caught into the present market (Didn’t sell prior to the market decline) are in an awkward position. I believe those in the market presently will stay, they can’t exit without taking a huge loss. Those that sold, are sitting on the fence and will continue to do so. If I withdrew my investments back in June-August 2008 or thereabouts, I surely would not be buying back in now with all the doom and gloom, but would be waiting for some clear signals that the market is back on track. Eventually this market will rebound. Once this happens there will be a rush to get back into solid companies that are so undervalued in some cases, that their sp doesn’t even reflect their current cash and capital holdings. Exploration companies like NOT will also have to wait I’m afraid until this turnaround occurs. But it will happen and when it does this little company will be at the forefront.
