I asked him if I could possibly call him directly on occasion to get updates and be a genre of liaison officer on Agoracom. He respectfully declined saying that this is not how he operates and not how big corporations operate. If things get interpreted wrong and posted, he could potentially find himself in front of the SEC defending himself and he has no inclination of putting himself in that position. I then asked if we could talk to management, that before the proxy fight, I held conversations with Jim Mungall amongst others and again he declined explaining that it would be too hard to train everyone on how to respond properly without crossing the line and he does not want to put management in that position.

He did explain the reason the previous NR was not posted right away on Agoracom. He stated that in the past, Agoracom would get a heads up, a copy of the NR ahead of the wires and that this would no longer be happening. He said that NR now go first thru the News wires. From there Joanne Jobin (it was nice meeting you today and putting a beautiful face to the voice) calls Agoracom and advises them on the NR. He said the problem is that Agoracom cannot move fast enough and that posters from Agoracom usually post the NR much faster. He said this was not a knock against Agoracom but a proper way to divulge material info. He said some companies give brokers, companies, friends, posters the benefit of the info prior the the release on the news wire. This is not how Noront will do things, with anyone including Agoracom.
