K you may have a point with regard to a CEO type with great qualifications being lured into the mystique and excitement of creating a new mining dynasty, sort of pioneering a legacy project that will fix your place in history. CEO's don't come cheap and Noront may not be able to provide the salary or the boardroom stature that will attract a significant player. However, if it can be demonstrated that we have the value in the ground, that we have the potential to establish a world class legacy type mining camp, and stocks and options can provide incentive rather than a gambling opportunity, than Noront may very well indeed attract a powerful candidate. It will be interesting who is chosen because we will find out whether we are still an exploration company or one with production aspirations. I am in the same boat as Glorieux, I did not see the importance at this time in naming a CEO, but it may be a more significant matter than I was giving it credence.
