Your right it is a disgrace,,Unless I'm mistaken I think OSC stands for Ontario Securities Commission, It is not Nation wide although it does regulate the bulk of the Markets. There should be pressure to bear put on the polititions to create a national regulator that has teeth and purpose. Complaints to the OSC will fall on deaf ears, they wont repremand themselves...(any thoughts)...
