Hi Roos:

I just want to clear something up in regards to Mac Watson and Freewest.

You stated :

" they might be easier to deal with less cash in the bank and a bleaker economic situation to find new money to continue their exploration".

I believe Freewest has about $8,000,000 working capital, they did a PP in December of $2,300,000 and had no problem completing this. Going forward if they require more cash I feel they will not have any problems in filling any other PP's.

Stranger things can happen eg: This is a Diamond play, Shore Gold Inc in the Fort a la Corne Forest in Saskatchewan , they have a project called the Star diamond, a large Kimberlite pipe, small land holdings.

Kensington Resources and DeBeers joint venture have a very large land holding and many kimberlite pipes intertertwind and also have a small portion of the Star on their land.

Shore Gold and Kensington Resources decide to combine as one.

Now, Shore Gold decides to buy out DeBeers with 40% backing by Newmount Mining.

There is over 60 kimberlite pipes on this property.

My point is....

Little Guys should not be counted out, they can carry BIG STICKS.

And Freewest does have a small land position and Noront has a very large package, but Freewest seems to be very thick into the gravy with great drill results.

Macdonald Mines also has a very large land package but they keep shooting blanks, and a believe they may have given up on the ROF for now.

Just my two cents........RL
