Everyone at Noront has their cards close to their chest. Why? New CEO coming - we presume.

Perhaps the "developer/production" label is being waved about as a means of marketing the vacant CEO position. That is, who would want to be the CEO of a junior venture explorer when the BOD has larger, grander dreams. They have the most $$$, the largest number of drills, one of the best geos, and one of the best land positions.

When you're #1 in the ROF, you might just get a little cagey, too. Why display a winning hand?
