I have been watching this for several weeks now.
it looks like there is nothing retail can do. on the upside you can beat them by placing a large order that will take out their asks, but it won't matter - right after, RJ will sell 500 shares into the bid again.
that's why I have been so frustrated. all 500 share trades are RJ
