TSX rallies to 3-week high late in session

TORONTO (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index was up 3 percent late Thursday afternoon as a surge in oil prices gave a boost to energy shares, while bank issues extended their recent rally on hopes the global financial crisis is easing.

Nice to see some good news.

Lets hope it keeps on easing.
