Given the Trading Pattern(s) it is more than Retail Playing the moves in SP. There is very clearly a Someone(s) Playing the SP, the RoF, and even the Venture Exchange and Bigger Markets. All to make Expense Cash and with the benefit of supporting a Someone(s) specific and general Agenda(s).

Who would be doing the Short Selling? Why? What do these Entities KNOW! that gives them the confidence to Short Sell to such relatively large quantities of Shares.

Be sure to note the Communication Pattern(s) coming from our BoD as much as the content of the Communication. It fits a broader Pattern in Trading and things like Tax Planning. We have a very well connected BoD willing to do their part in Someone(s) else's Game Plan.

In the mean time, our BoD is continuing with the NOT Plan as worked out by mid Winter, 2008, with but minor adjustments as need be since then.
