Replacing BOD???

Quite a few suggestions that the answer here would be to replace the BOD. This is something that looks very attractive to many at the moment, but is totally impractical. Although it would resolve the issue of revenge on who we visualize as the cause of most of our problems here, it would also have a devastating effect on our SP, especially in the present financial climate.

The whole concept is impractical at any rate. Remember that with the Rousseau/Proxy thing, it was easy. They had a platform (AGM) from which to launch the dissident vote. We also were able to conduct our proxy fight relatively easy, as all we were doing was responding to the dissident proxy thing. Also remember that the proxy thing resulted in a cost to Rousseau?? of about $500k.The first great hurdle that we would encounter would be a platform to work from. There is no AGM, or similar event happening, so it would have to be a grassroots situation that would immediately draw huge support, both from the OSC, as well as someone with very deep pockets. Somehow I don't think the firing of AG would meet the minimum requirements for the OSC.

Regards

K
