Really!!!! I doubt we'll be doing that. We're asking them to work with us. Maybe they just haven't had it drilled in their heads enough that we are all supposed to be on the same team here. I don't want to have a revote or a proxy battle. I want this company to move forward with an open approach (as open as is legal of course). Not really that much to ask....especially after RN was doing such a great job of that.

Disappointment breeds discontent and distrust. I feel that is an issue. We all want this BOD to do well. No one is arguing they will do well. The argument is more for who?? They can fix this thought process by being more open with their game plan. They haven't indicated any reason why they would want to speak openly to us in the past and this move just cements that issue more.
