is if these bas***** want to take NOT private they can do so on the cheap and there is little retail can do. Yes, I know we will mount a valiant effort but if all the deep pockets are offered a part of the "private company" do you think they will say 'no'? I have seen this happen before with a stock and I lost a ton of $$$. I don't want to scare monger and I won't be selling on Monday but with any stock one of the most important considerations is "how good is the management" I am afraid these guys are only here for their own greed and not interested in retail at all.
