You are Very Correct.

And the lobbyists that could not get their desired legislation PASSED to let them do as what was done in the US are now in Power here in Canada.

But too many Americans see Canada as a "breath of fresh air" and lack understanding of the challenges we have to endure to keep the likes of our Corrent Parlamentry Government Representatives from GUTTING the many hard won PROGRESSIVE Measures put in place by FORMER Governments.
