I agree, anywhere from 4-6 would seem about right. My concern though would be the emphasis on the ability to delete posts. Also regarding the ability to delete posts by presidents. The whole concept of the range between the mail room and president is that the positions are earned. The method of earning is of course based upon credible posting that results in advanced position. I would be concerned if the forum leaders individually had the option to delete even the top posters at their individual discretion.
