I have not posted in some time because I really had nothing positive to say regarding the latest developments (broken computor at home doesn't help either).

Contributing and debating on this forum is what makes a forum. I choose to contribute when I believe I can make a positive contribution. Why should it be anything but positive? This is my investment as well as yours and I will do whatever I can do to protect it and see it to it's potential.

Having said that, I am sending another e-mail to my MP for a follow up meeting regarding infrastructure and after reading Miskealps post regarding the buzz in the area, change may be coming.
