Unfortunately, I have to make this post and then skedaddle to work, so I won't be around to respond.
Many good points, many valid points BUT....there was one little oversight.
I don't see the proxy vote represented the way it really happened. Dissident proxy had more to do than with just replacing Dick, and Irwin making threats that he would sell the stock down to 20 cents. And I'm not seeing an improvement in assay turnaround times than from Dick's days, as well as a host of other things he was accused of.
I'm all for cooling the rhetoric a bit, we've all had a chance to blow off steam, but I'm not ready to accept the fact that this was all just an unfortunate set of misunderstandings. Perhaps the forum here gets too paranoid from time to time, but there have been times that has been a legitimate repsonse. Granted, it is time for a new tactic and less emotionally-charged posts, but we should still be wary, methinks. Wary but less vocal.
At any rate, I gotta scram but I hope it's a better day for everyone on the forum.
