I'm no chartist but it does look like recovery from an oversold position. See if it moves another dime today because that would be faster recovery than expected for the reason postulated.

Frankly under a dollar Noront is such a screaming buy that I'd not be surprised to see day traders or brokers playing for their own account. Those guys get excited about a nickel while the rest of us want dollars.
