Agora has lost some credibility. They have lost the respect of a lot of posters, and respect is hard to regain.

I believe D12 and Rosedale left not because of this issue but because we have some thick headed posters here that just don't ``get it ``some days

Is 3 months salary enough? Probably not, in my business its grounds for immediate dismissal.

Whats done is done, hopefully we don't lose everyone, yes some are over at TC, and I am there as well, but i look at a lot of boards.

We have a great group of people here, a lot of excellent contributors, lets hope that sanity prevails and things get back to normal.
