As crazydik says trust is difficult to regain. Sometimes impossible. I pray that is not the case here.

I too am deeply distressed that this individual used several names to pump several different companies.

Where might they have led me? I would like a list of the companies involved as well. What further distresses me is that it appears many on the forum have known of this for some time and have not brought it to the forum's attention. At least I heard nothing about this.

What concerns me is that I was given 2 stories. The first being that there were a combine of 4 investors or something like that, who could not post and this guy was posting for them?

Last night we received the companies response. A different story with PMs handle. I know this person. I fear they may have been using his handle without his knowledge. I don't know. I have PMs from him. O.K. they say they are following company policy regrading this issue and its resolution.

I do not feel the companies response was thorough enough. I would ask for a more in-depth explanation. The names of the companies this individual was posting for is what i would like to see.

I'm sure I have PMs from some of these names. What I would like to know is why they contacted me for information and then what did they do with it? Did they use it to pump a play? These are all questions that have been going through my head all night and I would like to see some answers.

Not only have we lost d12 on this forum, and I doubt he will come back, but he has been in a group we belong to for a long time. After our roup discussion last night d12 has bowed out of that as well so this is a double loss for me.

From this day on I will be very careful who I respond to by pm. At the very least I will be very careful with information.

I would ask that agoracom do something to get these excellent posters and backbone of the site to return but I feel it would be a waste of time.

I have fears that this issue will not go way until a full resolution is put on the table.

We use the pm system here. I hope this individual does not have access to all of our pms. What is the use of using the pm system for privacy if there are individuals monitoring or reading them and then possibly disseminating the information. This would be a real invasion ans something I would like to hear about.

I thank qq and irish both for their excellent posts.

I hope we can resolve all of thee issues. Until then I will curtail my posting. I will wait to see how agoracom responds to these issues.
