I realize the payment terms. My point was Noront was the operator they picked the spots to drill, they commissioned the report that said NFG unless I'm mistaken.

Because Noront said it was NFG the land is now 100% Noront land. If there wasn't so much anger from Irwin and the gang over the JV's on the land during the proxy fight I wouldn't be thinking about it.
