A CEO needs to have a lot more skills than just technical strength. Based on my encounter with Novak at PDAC his IR/HR skills are non existant.

For those that have not read previous posts , Novack lost his cool (to be polite) when I mentioned lack of assay results and agoracom. This inability to control emotions tells me that Novack is far from being professional enough to run a company, including a small outfit like SPQ or NOT.

Imagine the difficulties he would encounter as Pres or CEO of a major like Barrick.The other execs would simply pray on his lack of self control.
