i have been duly corrected in my deffiniton of King and Bay :))

in my past post i eluded to this "new" terminolgy as referring to the entire ROF.

...this is not the case ...my mistake ...my apologies

...King and Bay actually referrs to only one spot within the whole ROF.

...any guesses :))

( ...it is that area which i personally have often referred to as the "sweet spot")

King & Bay = SPQ/KWG + NOT + UC + FWR + FNC (SNUFF = the acrinum)

so: ...when making refference to the ROF, geologists, drillers and directors of many junior companies across canada, along with their financiers and bankers, often use the term: King and Bay ...and it is important to note that they may not be referring to the Toronto address !!

....this famous intersection now has dual meaning:

  1. the centre of finance for our markets
  2. the centre of fertile minerals in the ROF

(not a bad combination ...because we need the money from King and Bay in Southern Ontario to capitalize on the treasure chest of minerals @ King & Bay in the ROF of Northern Ontario.)

no one need wonder how nick names come into being ...it's understandable that the bankers on Bay St. have been quoted as rendering their own address to that of our beloved interesection in the ROF. (SNUFF)

i guess it is fitting that King & Bay be our official address in the ROF of Northern Ontario.

how's that for a clarification. ....i will talk to Neil about getting our own street sign up to the Mcfaulds Camp.

maybe after a night out @ smokless joes here in toronto, i will make a visit to King and Bay with my pipe cutter :)))

....cheers danny
