So it's April 2009 and here we are. The economy looks to finally have taken a very slow turn for the better, how much better and how fast things will turn around remains to be seen. Noront is at 70 cents, nowhere near where myself or anyone that invested in it thought it would be in April 2009. Since the Great Richard Nemis left or was forced to leave, the communication to the shareholders has virtually screeched to a halt, NR's have been minimal, the excitement is down, and we sit and wait.

Well I don't think it's all bad news, in fact I don' think there is any bad news. It's not great to be in the position we are in now, but any industry you look at has been hit and hit hard. USA is still bailing everyone out, printing up tons of money, and further de-valuing (sp?) it's currency. You can't print more nickel from Eagle One....and you can't print more massive chromium from Blackbird...and you can't print up more gold from Windfall. We are sitting on some pretty sweet resources, and there is alot of ground underneath us that holds at least some good metal if not some AMAZING precious metals. Like has been said before, it's all Blue sky ahead......well I'd like to modify that somewhat and say that it's all brown earth below us filled with sparkling rocks......blue sky above us and sparkling clean, fertizilized mother earth filled with precious metals below us. Let's face it, it's not an exciting time, it's a very quiet time....It's not a very rich market and a market where were all sitting on tons of cash in investments, it just isn't there. But I will say that one thing we need more than anything right now is confidence....with confidence time does not matter.....when time does not matter, people complain less, and the board can do what they are trying to do - maximize return for themselves and for us.

I think all we need is a little push of confidence, a little ray of light to re-open what great sparkling precious metals we have...something to get the excitement back into the Ring of Fire. When this happens, I believe we'll have a volcano that spews money, news, confidence, SP increase, excitement, and volume lava. Right now the lava is all under the earth waiting to explode....all we need is something from the BoD that makes the lava come to the surface....Will the naming of a new CEO do the trick? who knows.....but we shall soon see.

Hope people are still patient.....because I believe patience will be greatly rewarded.
