My gut feeling is that cliff's have been at the negotiating TABLE with--KMG/spq/uc---and has made some kind off a buyin offer--with jim voisin of UC---knowing that uc is sitting on chromite---SPQ--and FWR are sitting on another motherlode and cliff's want's the complete package-----that's why Jim's been accumulating lately----spq's starting to move---and BIG mac's sitting in the drivers seat driving the BIG MAC---truck---- Happy thinks there's chromite ( on the NOT and UC/SPQ/ kmg) BORDER.
