I agree Sum,many asked for a bone to be thrown so there it is.I won't complain but allow me one small criticism.IMO the NR was ho-hum for a reason.Some of us will want to trade out now in anticipation of a slide but I would watch out for part two of the one-two punch.Of course I may be dead wrong but there is another shoe ready to drop.JMO.
