Jim has evidently been awful antsy and excited for some time now so it wouldn't require any kind of tip off for him to invest any money he had available into his company.

I'd be more confident if we see some large buys come in to scoop up shares from investors disappointed with the news release. That would indicate to me that there is more to follow and knowledge of this is floating about.
