Hi James,

Your comment of :

"I heard the chinese bought LBE. I sure hope this doesn't end up happening to NOT. Did you see the price they paid?"

My comment would be, "the investors got lucky." Reading the rest of the story we find,;

March 31 (Reuters) - Liberty Mines Inc CA:T.LBE :

* Announces late filing of financial statements

* Says cash flow difficulties have prevented it from having auditors complete

preparation of audited financial statements

* Sees filing financial statements by no later than may 12, 2009

Now that 30 million the chinese paid for 51% stake in this company rounds off to about 73 cents a share (they are currently at 17 cents). If you follow their price chart they were at this price level at approx. July 08. Noront was at approx. $3.50 per share at that time.

Now, if Noront ran out of money and could not fill out financial statements and we were sitting at 80 cents. I got to tell you I would be jumping up and down to find out that someone contributed an equivalent of 3.50 per share in these crappy times for a 51% stake. It would be better than the company going under.

Difference here is Noront has money they are not desparate.
