In light of what has been recently posted, maybe their moves have a lot more to do with smart thinking and strategy than retail's emotional state. If the BOD is bent on clawing out the maximum buck on this play they are not going to bother with daily sp's if their strategy for achieving that maximum buck relies on stealth and low statistic profile. In the end the SH's will be all smiles and thanks when they find out it was all necessary. When I phone any company and ask if they think there is a possibility of hostile takeovers the common response is "we are always aware of that possibility". If you think that this BOD, whether you like them or not, is not sufficiently experienced enough to know what they need to do in this market, you might want to put your money elsewhere.
