This thing with the BoD reminds me of a time long ago when I worked underground for a mining contractor. Eventually the company for whom we were working took us over and they took the shaft over first. On the first day there was a lot of backbiting and arguing back and forth as the contractor miners were none to happy to be losing their jobs. So what did the mining company do? They left us all underground at the end of the shift for exactly one hour. We were a pretty chastened lot when we finally went home that night and we decided we had better make an effort to get along with these people. Sometimes I wonder if our new BoD has (figuratively) left us underground for that extra hour and now it is time to get along.

On another note, I agree that we have lost some great posters (D12 and others) and I do hope they decide to return.
