I hope you don't mind if I toss a few thoughts into this situation.

It doesn't matter how much chrome they have or do not have. IMHOthey will want control of the chrome to either sell or not sell depending on the price. Majors buy more just to control the price.

There was talk that the Majors would move in and buy out the rof, put a lid on it and mothball it. (The chrome), but after an enormous amount of DD we begin to compare Canada with SA.

When you compare the two countries, whether SA is having elections or not, they still can't get away from some facts.

Instability, hydro issues, but IMHO most importantly is the fact that 20% of the workforce dies of HIV aids. This is a critical issue.

There is lots of chrome to be sure.. The question is where is it easier, cheaper and less turmoil? Canada
