Tech cominco went from a low of $8.30 this morning to over $13.30 at approx. 11:30 today. As I type sits at $12.09. The price was very attractive this morning at $8.30.

Rule: when something is fundamentally good and devalued, and in a good group,(metal mining ranks currently in the 98% of institutional money flow), leave it alone. From the low to the high the change was 60%.

We will have our day. Still some trying to save a penny. With tech a penny saved cost some 60%. No savings there.
