For the time being, it is of no harm to note that this new CFO has very good experience with Diamonds and thus knowledgeable with respect to De Bears which in turn suggests specific knowledge, or at least good familarity with at least the South African Chromite Mining Segment if not more on the South African Mining Industry, and the broader Mining Industry. The Retail Experience would not be a wasted experience either.

Given that Harry Winston Diamonds Corp. came from the Aber Diamond Corp. and that he also held the position of Controller at Dundee Precious Metals, there is also the suggestion that he is knowledgable and experienced in the Capital Markets. Our former CFO had very extensive Capital Markets Knowledge and Experience. Thus, WHAT is the Difference?
