My guess on that Quack, is Kermas, once McQuade got his .pdfs. his .doc's and jpgs sent off to head office, the cold hard facts of the ROF chromite became stark reality and if they are smart they are planning contingencies for survival. The immediate effect of his reports would of course be immediate meetings, meetings, meetings. He may then have been instructed not to participate imo.
