Mine is not a complaint but an observation. The reports that you cite above are very late in the game regardless of the reason and it puts us behind as some have moved on to greener pastures leaving NOT still sitting. It is only the last two N.R.s that really cut any mustard. We have been months without anything meaningful thus it will take some time or something very sexy and significant to get the wheels rolling. It could come at any moment.... any moment.... or there may be more delays. Delays we should be used to with this business.
