Gone for a week - reflection on share price recovery or lack of

Going to be gone for a week, just a few hundred miles south of ROF and not sure if I'll get to visit this site much. So I need to get this out there.

I was trying to wrap my head around why our recovery of share price has just not rebounded better or as well as some of the other ROF players and then I remembered a principle that I learned in some of my management/supervisors meetings.

We just can't get that monkey off our backs. You see everyone assumes it will be NOT's responsibility to build the infrastructure in the ROF, including that road. So when we talk about NOT and the resources NOT has, we add in costs/expenses of everything to NOT. The truth is no matter who turns up this resource or that resource nobody can take the lead and be first unless they bare the cost of the infrastructure. What NOT really needs at this point is some one(Company/Government) to remove that MONKEY and than NOT's share price can rebound along with the general markets and metal prices
