That's good to hear.

Hopefully, this is not something that is said too early in the recovery. As most investors would like to see the end of this market meltdown, tread water lightly. Although I believe it is a good time to buy in right now, we still may see lower prices.....

But this is definetely good news for our little gem that we have here....
