Sure looks like a consolidation is in the works. This general area between NOT, PRB, FNC, SPQ and FWR would capture the main area. FNC may be the problem here though, I have not heard much about any dialogue between Smith and NOT. The others already have connections as K has said. It is going to be interesting to see what happens when this prime real estate gets positioned. Maybe a new consolodated company will emerge with developement plans in mind.
