If we consider that NOT and FWR are the two main players at the moment, and that sometime down the road they will probably do a deal, there could be a plan evolving here. It would fit good to assume that the SPQ jv would be a simple event for NOT/FWR to absorb as there are several links to them already. That leaves PRB and FNC to deal with to have the land all sewn up in the immediate area. Between PRB and FNC, I think PRB would have been the most difficult to deal with. If they now come up with something involving FNC, it will give a pretty good indication of where this is going.
