Smith at FNC has some quite prospective ground but struck out with some shallow holes and I suspect wanted a 'sweeter' deal than anyone was going to offer. No reason for him to do a freeby like Probe but anybody willing to spend the bucks to drill his claims could likely get a solid jv deal on good terms.

Smith answers to some tight fisted guys and I'm not counting on him drilling on his own anytime soon.
