This is not a ROF consolidation play, but the resolution of a land dispute.

Sorry guys but I do not see this news release by PRB as the start of consolidation of the ROF by NOT, or anyone else. This is simply an agreement/settlement between two companies who had different opinions about ownership of claim blocks.

From Probes perspective, it is positive because they get access to data of NOT's and do not have to fear a court battle when they hit the next rich, Nickel-copper-PGMs(okay let me dream) core. For NOT, it seems to resolve their belief they had some kind of claim on these properties based on past joint ventures.

It is still good news, as NOT and PRB can get on with their drilling in and around these claims knowing good results will benefit both companies.
