Maybe because it is, "the greatest potential to be another Eagle" in our minds only. Maybe these guys know something else. Or maybe when they drill it, everything will blast off when it is proven to be another Eagle 1 or better, and some people have not finished accumulating yet at these low prices(darn there is that conspiracy theory again).
