I found more than just the commonality of some board members between Aurelian and Noront.

The writer of the May ARU Article touched on some points that I found interesting.

"However, the market did not recognize the importance of these geological clues. Aurelian stock declined after the Bonza Las Peñas announcement and consolidated at low levels throughout 2005.

Summing it all up, astute investors had a chance to recognize Aurelian Resources as a speculative play with significant chances of a major discovery early on. The necessary information was hidden in plain sight on their website.

Noront has had the following info presented to astute investors. Below is only a sample.

.December 12, 2007 Noront Resources Ltd. (“Noront”)(TSX Venture: NOT) is pleased to announce further progress of the diamond drilling and geophysical program, as well as recently received assay results on its’ 100% owned Eagle One occurrence within Noront’s Double Eagle Project in the McFaulds Lake Area of northeastern Ontario. “To date 27 holes have been completed totaling in excess of 5 kilometers of drilling. Extremely high grade intersections of Nickel, Copper, Platinum and Palladium over impressive widths continue to highly encourage management at Noront. Preliminary analytical work on selected samples for the other Platinum Group Elements (PGE’s) suggest that Rhodium is also present in the Eagle One occurrence, this could add significant value to the zone’s resource potential”

  • Jan. 3, 2008
  • NOT-07-18 intersected mineralization between 105.2 meters and 229.8 meters that over 124.6 meters averaged 2.39% Ni, 1.09% Cu, 1.12 g/t Pt, 3.86 g/t Pd, 0.28 g/t Au and 3.89 g/t Ag. This well mineralized zone contained an 18.8 meter massive sulphide mineralized section between 211 meters and 229.8 meters that graded 7.38% Ni, 3.18% Cu, 1.05 g/t Pt, 10.16 g/t Pd, 0.23g/t Au and 8.92 g/t Ag.
  • Eagle One, located in the James Bay Lowlands of northern Ontario, was discovered in August 2007. The Eagle One Ni-Cu-PGE deposit is comprised of a massive sulphide core containing high-grade Ni-Cu-PGE values, surrounded by lower grade net-textured sulphides. The large amounts of sulphide and ultramafic cumulate make it clear that it formed in a magmatic conduit which is likely continuous over considerable distances, (likely measurable in kilometres).

Diamond drilling has shown that the deposit is surrounded on all sides by older felsic intrusive rocks at surface, and logic dictates that it must continue at depth. The prospects for continued extension of the mineralized body to depth are excellent, as long as it is not lost in a fault zone. Although the western margin has been extensively modified by faulting, it is fundamentally an intrusive contact that is preserved in situ and there is no immediate indication of a structural termination of the mineralization.

Eagle one is open. It isn't over yet. We are drilling it now.

Then we get word of the Blackbirds, "world class grades "

Then the vanadium NR. "The presence of sustained high V2O5 grades over the observed mineralized widths is extraordinary."

Then we have neighbours like FWR with great NR's further providing proof the ring is extraordinary. Most recently, more discoveries by GZZ/WPR JV with Noront.

WE have Joe Hamilton, hinting of more nickel. We have Joe Hamilton stating we are one hit away from fame and fortune.

The ARU article stated there was "significant chances of a major discovery early on."

Yet the ARU stock price was lower after good news and consolidated for 1 year.

Does this not sound familiar? Is there anyone on this board that does not think based on the discoveries to date and Mungall's telling words of," The large amounts of sulphide and ultramafic cumulate make it clear that it formed in a magmatic conduit which is likely continuous over considerable distances, (likely measurable in kilometres), that there is NOT a significant chance of a major discovery ? If you go into the noront website and re-read ALL NR's from 2007 to today do you not feel you have been given enough reason to view Noront as a speculative play with significant chances of a major discovery? The current Noront share price does not reflect this enthusiasm or optimism of something major. The ARU share price before the rocket launch(coin)-cidentially did not either. Dirk Masuch Oesterreich the writer of the ARU article made it clear that the info was hidden in plain view on the ARU website. I find the similarity startling. We too have some spectacular NR hidden in plain view. We do not deserve to be at the price we are at. The writer of the ARU article pointed out at the astute investors in ARU recognized this as well. They enjoyed the ride for their, "astute-ness". I call it DD and patience and recognizing a diamond that is being accumulated and played with. I continue to hold and wait and re-read previous NR's when I need a wake up call and a reminder of exactly what I am holding.
