I emailed Investor Relations and ask about the new CEO and how come there is none. Here is the reply:

Thank you for your inquiry and your concerns. Please note that as Mr. Hamilton reiterated during the recent Update Luncheon, an announcement for the appointment of the new CEO is imminent. I cannot, of course provide actual timing but would like to assure you that it is forthcoming.
