Neat post. To me, having read the forum for a year and a half, and having developed a sense of a relationship (cyberspace that it is ) with posters that are still here and with posters that have departed, I have always liked the sense of vibrancy that is here. I don't think we should wish for a sterile forum, all agreed and all alike, all knowledgeable and knowing.

A lot of us fell into NOT, and want and need support, including the right and space to comment and try to add as little as it may be.

I appreciate how some members burn bright for awhile, and possibly then take a much needed breather, and smaller role, while others then come to the fore,

I also know that to keep the forum strong, rules known by all must be followed, adhered to, monitered and acted upon with integrity by those with the power to do so.

I do hope and know that consideration must be given to individual personalities and the peculiaritries of their personalities. Like in a family, we are not all the same.

Also, the market has many kinds of traders and investors. Look at me. I never hold anything overnite. I daytrade, mostly badly, but still make my rent. EXCEPT, for NOT. NOT is my long term holding. I have faith and belief in what is there and what else we will find. I sleep at night. It helps to have the board here. It helps for me to post positive and light and mostly fun. It helps me to read the knowledge, the breadth, the good, the humorous, and even sometimes the angry, the irritated, the manipulative and the ugly.

It saddens me when posters get so angry and frustrated that they leave. Many times good posters, who have devoted so much time and effort, and I'm sure sore typing fingers. Also, how quickly we can react to certain posters here to cause trouble. Also, how quickly it can get out of hand.

Hopefully, we settle down, the learned posters know they are very cherished and we don't bite quite so quick to the few who come to disrupt, and when they do, to be flagged and taken care of by those with the power to do so.

God bless our forum. God bless our little NOT.
