There's been hundreds of posts put up on this forum regarding Windfall and the circumstances surroundiing its sudden placement under care and maintenence. Those that got into this stock because of Windfall have a vested interest in seeing the exploration program through to the end.
Now that we seem to have amicable communications between the BOD and the investor with Joan's help perhaps now would be as good a time as any to press "as a group" the BOD for answers...answers to the most basic of questions regarding Windfall, what, where, when and how much gold was found....ASSAYS! To be able to see a full report on Windfall is IMO that which is long overdue the shareholder of NOT.
As Hoov pointed out there are fudiciary duties which IMO must be observed by our BOD...
NATIONAL POLICY 51-201 DISCLOSURE STANDARDS
2.1 (2) Announcements of material changes should be factual and balanced. Unfavourable news must be disclosed just as promptly and completely as favourable news. Companies that disclose positive news but withhold negative news could find their disclosure practices subject to scrutiny by securities regulators. A company's press release should contain enough detail to enable the media and investors to understand the substance and importance of the change it is disclosing. Avoid including unnecessary details, exaggerated reports or promotional commentary.
4.1 (2) The definition of a "material fact" includes a two part materiality test. A fact is material when it (i) significantly affects the market price or value of a security; or (ii) would reasonably be expected to have a significant effect on the market price or value of a security.
Examples: • any development that affects the company's resources, technology, products or markets
Again, IMO we as investors have been left out in the cold in gulag with respect to windfall, time to get some answers, no?
Many millions of dollars were spent on Windfall. Time has come for transparency!
It's my thought that a single querys will not get the answers, we will need to have a community approach to this.
It would suit me fine if we had a lonely drill pounding the ground around holle 100.
