I would think that if there is news from any of the ROF companies, it could affect NOT and therefore, it really isn't off topic. But the content of the post should have some relevance to NOT, in some way. I did not see Happy's posts, but perhaps they were not relevant to NOT in any way. I don't know. But let's all be very careful about the deleting priveleges. If you're not quite sure about a post, please ask someone else's opinion as well. We are stronger together, than apart.
