....I've just been informed that the 'deleted' post was moved to the OT Forum. This is only half bad now....but the issue is still the same. I believe this post is relevant.....speculative...but still relevent.

We need to be very careful here how we apply these powers. I'm a big believer in 'accountability'.....checks and balances work well. They at least give us a chance for dialogue about punative actions taken.

I would still like to hear why Happy's post was deleted/moved.

Here's an interesting point......we have here on NOT hub, another poster, who posts a LOT. Positive & cheery posts....could be construed as pumping....but most of the time it is just humorus dialogue that has nothing to do with NOT.....a LOT of posts. Happy's post was far more relevent than this anonymous poster, yet nobody takes him to task.

This is a problem, and we need to do more than apply the '6 rules' like a guillotine....but more like boundary or border crossing.
