I would love to see this sp move up so I'll look forward to your pattern achieving it's fruition and more importantly, the news that would bring this about, but remember patterns respond after the fact to what people decide to do. The patterns only work because people believe they do. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy, chicken/egg, Pavlovian training that is really at the heart of TA. Tell enough people that when this line A crosses line B it's the time to buy and sure enough it takes off just like folks predicted it would.
